Rebel House is a conceptual upscale dim sum restaurant and community kitchen. For centuries, dim sum has been a tea time meal, and with it came many rules and etiquettes. Here at Rebel House, we’re all about breaking the rules, hence the grungy aesthetic and loudmouth attitude of the menus and cookbook.

As each menu is flipped, the customer is hit with more and more rebel spirit. The menus would be bound in a leather case and reinforced by screws.
cookbook
This cookbook contains recipes for the most popular dishes at the restaurant. As a community kitchen, the head chef offers free dim sum cooking classes, and this cookbook would be given as a gift to all the students in attendance.
